Same here. They’ve grown on me a lot too. I think we all just needed time to adjust. Wedemeyer’s guitar is a little bit of a different model it looks like and there’s probably some different pedals and effects too.

@@jeraugst not sure about darlin’ yet I preferred Christian’s vocals for it. But definitely doing a good job on California Dreamin’. I hope they’ve retired Wild Honey no one will be able to match Cowsills vocals on that.

Nonsense. New guitarist is a hell of a talented player with a great tone. New drummer is an excellent singer that also energizes the band.

They did not fire either member, they retired. What is it with the myth about The Beach Boys firing everyone? Everyone has chosen to leave by their own right, except Brian who was removed by his management.
