16:34 I applaud you “You know it can be hard? You run around this city in a pair of little boy's pajamas and a mask…”

Nat essentially saying that Marcus’ job is non-negotiable is one of my favorite scenes of the season. I really love how we get to see so many new pairings of characters that we haven’t gotten to see until season 3. I LOVED the scene between Nat and Marcus. scenes like that one were so refreshing and made this season unique.

Establishing the dynamics of different relationships is so important for the longevity of a show. This show is taking its time now compared to season 1 and it is paying off. This feels like it could be a big thing. I hope it can be a big thing and I hope the allure of these slices of chaos doesn't fade as you want more things to happen.

I think it was a telling sign when thye filmed the conversation between Richie and Jessica that the shots of Richie speaking on the phone had his left hand on the phone, clearly without a wedding ring on his ring finger for the first time in the series.

About three seconds into that second I went "OH! Date her!" out loud, when I realised the (presumed) implication.

I need an episode dedicated to the Faks and I want it to be as chaotic and heart wrenching as the Seven Fishes episode somehow

Among the many Berzatto aphorisms, I thoroughly enjoy… _Carmen_ : “Passive aggressive.” _Cicero_ : “ ‘Aggressive’ aggressive!”

I love for how realistic The Bear is they still went for the trope of that in a bunch of misfit brothers/sisters, there's one ridiculous specimen, which in this case is Sammy Fak seemingly.

I think the “no repetition” of dishes is more about Carmy aiming for a Michelin star. It’s the utmost in innovation & variety.

John Cena sounds like stunt casting until you see how he PERFECTLY captures Fak energy.🤣🤣

The thing about "The Computer" is that he's a fan of the Oakland Raiders, who by the numbers, are a horrible franchise. It shows that while he is a "numbers guy," he has a heart and hopes beyond the numbers as well. That's why he relents when Sugar makes the stand about Marcus. Perfect "show, don't tell" writing.

The Faks streeeeessssss me out! One was great. Two was tolerable. But THREE??? And Sammy is the worst one 😭, they do NOT fit in such a workplace that needs fixing. But boi they make the show funny.

Ricky Stanicky. Watch it. Cena kills it with Santino.

I swear I thought I was only the one that noticed and its getting annoying af. I liked it when it once in a while now it's just too much. Tbh this season wasn't really it

The Fak's haunting business is absolute, utter ridiculousness lol Also LOVE Nat sticking up for Marcus against the computer.

even though I liked John Cena's cameo, the Faks' scenes in this episode made me feel like Eric when they were reacting to that Neil Breen's film 😅 "Cut! Aaaaand cut! CUUUUT!!!" 😅
@hellfish23092 ай бұрын
Agreed: it’s distracting shenanigans on paper, but even more so acted by Cena; I don’t think it’s unfair to disqualify Cena and Matty Matheson as well trained actors and expecting the actor playing Teddy to carry them through thinly scripted comedy is a shockingly unprofessional move by the show runners in a season I rather like despite its other flaws

I'm someone that's never really been interested in John Cena as an actor, never really watched him in anything either, but THIS was great. Him as Sammy Fak, I want him as a series regular lol.

The movie you're thinking of with John Cena being loud in a movie theater is Trainwreck (2015), with Amy Schumer.

The best cameo of all time
@rmvdhaak3 ай бұрын
It's not a cameo. A cameo is generally a small non-speaking role. This is a guest appearance.
@hellfish23092 ай бұрын
It’s fine, but ultimately really distracting shenanigans and surprisingly thin writing
@thedarkknight22212 ай бұрын
8:44 I’m surprised no reactors I’ve seen for this episode edited John Cena’s theme song as soon as he showed up😂. And I was kinda hoping that Cena would put one of the Faks through a table with an FU, I know it’s called an “Attitude Adjustment” but no, fuck that PG era bullshit, it’s always gonna be the FU.

This season is just...okay. The first two seasons were amazing. This one just isn't it.
@smashbrandiscootch7192 ай бұрын
@DeanLance-q1d Sure the season is good because the show is good. It's also the weakest of the three seasons.
@Knightowl19802 ай бұрын
I was not a fan on first watch but it gets better and u appreciate it more the more u watch it and watch it through these reactions. It’s not as great as S1 &2 but there’s some solid stuff here. I almost have to look at the seasons as episodes, season two was like a big GOT battle episode and then it kinda resets the table and slows things down for the season before ramping up for season 4 -but there is a disconnect this season between the episodes, and they’re kind of written and shot like the cast got too busy to do the show and they had to “fit it in” to their schedule.
@smashbrandiscootch7192 ай бұрын
@DeanLance-q1d That's dumb. You just assuming this is my first watch is also dumb. The show is objectively weaker than the other two seasons when you go by the established rules of filmmaking and writing.
@smashbrandiscootch7192 ай бұрын
@@Knightowl1980 It really doesn't. It's the exact same on the second watch. Again, it's not bad but it is CLEARLY the weakest season of the show.
@smashbrandiscootch7192 ай бұрын
@DeanLance-q1d Then maybe quit saying dumb things and you won't be called out for being dumb 🤷♂️ Imagine getting THIS butthurt over an internet stranger pointing out that you're dumb. Your opinion is wrong. Sit down and be quiet when your betters are speaking.
