Sir, enjoyed the video. Couldn't help notice the 116 "UM's". Work on that and video would be better. I have that problem also. I just try and think before I speak now.

Did you run the wiring through the poles? I have a 2014 bad boy recoil so I was trying to figure out how to run the wiring.

My problem with this vehicle is that my hunting property has no running water or electricity, so I don't see how it would have enough power to last 3 or 4 days without a charge. It's nice, just not for me

Sound like a commercial for a new electric buggy. I thought this was going to be a review? You apparently a have something to do with the company which makes your review bias. I’m in the market for one and I want a non bias opinion

Paul Hampton I understand but I do not have any affiliation. I’ve just had a seen many companies fail and not live up to hype. Stealth buggies out of business bad boy out of business and many others. Beast is made in America by a family in GA. They have been producing the Beast for over 10 years when others went under. I chose the Beast solely on the fact that they stand behind everything they sell and that means they make it right the first time. 4 years now and my BEAST IS STILL THE SAME AS THE DAY I BOUGHT IT. I am glad I purchased a product that works exactly how I need it too. I will be doing a new video soon on the BEAST 4x4

Southern lite LED thanks for replying. I bought a cart that was called the BEAST about 8 years ago from Eastman GA. I gave $8000 for a 48v volt electric buggy that was supposed to be 12 hp motor. After putting less than 3 charges on it, the engine started smoking and locked up within 100 yards of the first warning signs of damage. I used the information on the motor to figure out what motor it had. I found out it was only a 4hp D&D motor with a 700 amp controller. The controller over loaded the little motor. They had the torque adjusted all the way up and that little motor just couldn’t handle it. They offered to replace the 4 hp motor but they lied out their wazzoo when the said their buggy used the 12 hp motor. I had it replaced under warranty with the stock golf cart motor and sold it as fast as I could. I found they were junk. I hope these carts are no relation to the old ones, but it seems they are. I bought my Beast buggy at The Bargain Barn in Jasper GA. They had more than 20 of the beast in all different configurations when I bought mine.

Paul Hampton I do not know about electric motors but I am very well educated on electricity. Because a motor is said to be a 4 hp pushed at 150 amps doesn’t mean it won’t be a 12 hp rating pushed at higher amps. This is correct with most any brushless motor also. I’m not saying the conversion was correct but the fact that the Beast owners are liars is not a correct statement. Maybe an employee misspoke or something else. I own a company and we have grown in quality and learned from mistakes every 6 months. Everyone has to learn from customers problems and continue to improve to make a perfect product. I believe that the experiences they learned with your cart and others has got them where they are today and I was fortunate enough to purchase one of the perfected versions. I can’t wait to get another Beast to see how much they have improved on their new buggies.

Southern lite LED That’s the problem. They were taking a motor that was only rated for so many amps to produce a certain HP. Then they threw on a monster Controller and overloaded the capacity of the 4 hp motor. It may have produced 12hp but it wasn’t a motor that was rated for 12hp. That was the problem. Had they put the motor rated for 12hp in the cart it would have more than likely never had an issue. But the bigger motor would have cost them another $800. So they opted to go the cheap way out instead of the proper way that would give people a good dependable product. A Companies Ethics and Morals don’t evolve with technology. It was a very expensive mistake on my part when I purchased this buggy. One that I will never make again with a BEAST BUGGY!! There are to many other buggies out there in the same price range that are not Reconditioned OLD Golf Carts. Others near that price range are actually designed off road 4x4 vehicles with longer battery life and have far more off road capabilities. That’s simply the facts.
