Big Mom pirates- Paramecia user Beast pirates- Zoan fruit user. Going by this it is possible that Blackbeard Pirates- Logia users Red haired pirates- Haki users World Government is full Of Rokushiki user's but there might be several Devil fruit users .

this is just partially theory because we dont know the names of the other calamities, but im pretty sure kaido's crew has a playing card theme going on, the calamities are face cards (Jack, Queen?, King?) while the ones with smile fruits have playing card game names (sheeps head, ginrummy, [ TEXAS] HOLD EM, SPEED, are all playing card games), and if you noticed, X-drake as we know is actually Diez Drake, and Diez means 10, so he's the card technically behind Jack, in strength, or rank at least. after hold em and speed were introduced it pretty much clinched this line of thought for me. dont know if you mention this in the vid as im 11 minutes in, just had to get it off my chest

@Hunter Kern that would actually be kinda cool, there are a lot of traditional card games that could fit as quirky one piece character names. they may be edits or shorter versions of the names, like how he did HOLD EM, where he left out "texas", Stud and Cribbage i could totally see being used in the future haha. if you wiki the list of playing card game names, you could just start brainstorming names on your own with that list :D

There's ranks in the Yonko Commanders so why not for Headliners as well. I feel like Drake is of a higher order than Hawkins, for many reasons; 1) We haven't seen him yet so by Shounen Logic that exponentially increases his chances of being stronger 2) He took out Samurai that are feared by the Marines, 3) He has a Ancient Zoan, and we know how fond Kaido is of Zoan... i mean he leads the "Beast Pirates", is called Thousand Beast Kaido (btw, still sticking to my theory of him having multiple Zoans lol) and wanted a army of SMILE Zoans... not to mention his highest known commander is a Ancient Zoan. So i think Drake, while being a headliner, could be looking towards a promotion especially seeing how Jack is in the ocean right now and i just think he was the third Yonko Commander. Also, its fair to say at this point that with Hawkins having fought off Zoro, if Drake is even stronger than he definitely deserves a third Yonko Commander position so in my opinion he might be getting a promotion soon. As for Apoo, he's likely a Headliner just as Hawkins, but (call me crazy) Kidd could play a more important role. I know he obviously didn't join Kaido like Apoo and Hawkins but if Kaido keeps him chained up like that instead of killing him or handing him over to the Marines, he must have some interest in him. I honestly believe that Kaido might want Kidd to join his crew, especially seeing how he accepted Apoo and Hawkins, and Kidd will be forced to choose a side at some point during this arc. Would make for a cool moment imo

Definitely, Oda made it very clear that Kaido isnt getting taken down 1 on 1 so its gonna end up being everyone vs Kaido. Some assortment of Supernovae, Straw Hats, Kozuki Clan Samurai and Big Mom Pirates versus Kaido. Oda said that Wano will make Marineford look cute.

Lakanus Drake without a doubt has a Higher Position, even if he’s got the same title as Hawkins-I mean, Drake joined Kaidou as soon he entered the New World. So unless Kaidou has trust issues, he should logically be higher ranked than Hawkins who joined out of his own volition. As for Kidd-he’s without a doubt going to side with Luffy and Law, no ifs, ands, or buts.

I wonder. Kaido has already been defeated 7 times and captured 18 times, yet he's still a Yonko. I don't think Luffy and co beating up Kaido will let Luffy usurp his throne, because Kaido would still be a Yonko. They have to either disband his crew or straight up kill him to take that title.

But Kaido has been beaten multiple times before and the Pirates Samurai Mink Ninja alliance (don't know the exact order) is pretty powerfull. I think eventually he might become the Pirate King but even Gol D Roger had trouble fighting a Yonko! Also the Cat and Dog from the Minks couldn't beat 1 Calamity . They defeated Jacks men but even Zoi the Giant Elephant couldn't kill him. So they had OP of Luffy fighting Kaido but i still don't think he can be hurt.

i think you guys are missinterpretating the info. He was defeated means one or more people defeated him. From what we've seen so far from kaido and his subordinates they're all these brawlers with no team spirit, and they engage into combat on their own. The same is most certiantly true for Kaido. So, this is in short how i think Kaido got defeated in short: Kaido goes alone to whitebeard, chalanges him to kill him, whitebeard and kaido clash but whitebeard isn't alone cause he has his crew with him. so basicly it's 1 Kaido vs whitebeard pirates and they easily defeat him. the same goes for the marines: kaido goes to marineford or a g1, 2,3,4,5 base, and challenges the marines to kill him. If Kaido would fight on 1v1 versus whitebeard or shanks, or big mom, or any of the admirals he would win. but if he fights them and their crews he will get defeated.

I feel like I'm among a minority when I say that I don't ever anticipate Luffy losing a fight. I understand that he occasionally loses and I accept those losses when they come. But for example I went to a halloween party last year dressed as Luffy (right when he was starting the Katakuri fight) and everyone was convinced that Luffy had zero chance of walking away from Katakuri without outside assistance if not straight up dying. I honestly think Luffy and the story are at a point where he will overcome any opponent put in front of him regardless of the impossible odds. He will be King of the Pirates and noone can stand in the way of that. Anyone else agree or are we all worried about Luffy v Kaido??

I also read the Viz version, and for Jack official rank as a Beast pirate, It is “Lead Performer, Jack the Drought, Captain of the mammoth Pirates” So I believe The top executive are named “Lead Performers”, which align with “Headliners” Also remark that “Beast Pirates” are officialy named “Animal Kingdom Pirates” I prefer “Beast” tho :)

A Mad Hatter true but wouldn't he be overall stronger if he used the black market to get real fruits he could still supplement his forces with smiles but those cheap imitations can't compare to the real thing and it's not like kaido would be short on money or he could have his forces hunt down and kill devil fruit users and take their fruits when they reincarnate so only the fodder get smiles I'm really curious if smiles are reincarnated after their user dies just like the real fruits or if a gifter dies that particular smile is just gone because if they don't that could be a huge problem for him since the factory is gone

Speed is probably a cheetah. One of the calamity is probably a hippopotamus or a prehistoric crocodile (as in the animal), he or she is The Flood. The last calamity is probably a giant eagle or a pterodactyl, he or she is The Tornado/Twister. When Jack fail to return to report his mission on Raizo to Kaido, he sent out another calamity to look for him. When the other calamity arrive at the last known location of Zou, he see floating debris and the Jolly Roger. He send the pleasures down into the water to investigate and they found Jack, after they have retrieved Jack, they start heading back to Wano. Kaido, 3 calamities, each calamity have 3-5 headliners, each headliner have 5,000 gifters and 10,000 pleasures. The most important question is what is Kaido making in his factories that are producing toxic waste? Drug, enhancer, his own form of DF? Can you eat more than 1 smile? Since you can only transform into one part of the animal that you become.

the problem with saying that kaido doesnt have a DF is that he explicitly said his dream was to have an all Df using crew, so the only way that can happen is if he has not found the DF he wants yet, but i think its like 99% chance he has one.

Queen the hurricane (Queen Harpy Zoan or possibly Griffin Zoan) King the tsunami (Leviathan Fishman or possibly a Fish-man giant) Firstly, I felt that in order to rescue Jack from the bottom of the sea, Kaido crew must have a strong Fish-man on his crew. Secondly, this could lead to a very interesting battle between Strawhat Pirate VS Beast Pirate. The fight would be something like this: Sanji VS Queen (I assume queen would be a girl and as Sanji had a problem with hitting a woman this would be the fight much more interesting) Zoro VS Jack (as both of are the swordsman of their crew) Jimbei VS King (this is the other reason i believe that one of the calamities will be a Fish-man in order for Jimbei to show off his skill) Luffy VS Kaido (The fight between the captain of course)

Honestly what I want to see from Kaido is actual terror. I want Oda to reintroduce fear into the series. I want Kaido to instill legitimate fear into the hearts of the crew and to the audience in general. Since Kaido has been hyped up so much as an invincible monster I want his encounter with the Straw Hats and the rest of the Heart Pirates and Supernovas to be one where things get actually legitimately scary.

I doubt that the headliners are free to roam around without having to answer to someone. I agree with the calamities being in charge of 3 headliners which have their own units of men. The Calamities are titled as the Yonko “commanders” for a reason they’d serve as more than just figureheads if they’re running an organisation this large and effective.

There's also the question if Kid works for Kaido now or if he is still in jail. He might still be in jail considering his stubborn personality. He would never work for Kaido willingly, unless he plans to overthrow him. If he does work for Kaido, he is most likely a Headliner, given his strength, ruthlessness and skills with his devil fruit.

Also it would be interesting if behind the scenes one of the Calamities is the ones that actually runs the beast pirates and Kaido is just a power figure head. Kaido doesn’t seem smart enough to be able to handle the logistics and running of a large scale organisation especially since he’s always getting drunk and trying to kill himself. It would be interesting to see if a Calamity was actually looking after his affairs and pulling the strings in the dark.
