He was right to yell at her for sneaking into his room which was his one rule 3. The door was always open for her to leave and go home, but she didn’t. She could’ve left Beast at his castle after he passed out and went home, but she stayed. The wolves were the only things stopping her from taking her leave 4. Their romance is genuine and actually healthy. They are essentially roommates who feel in love

Honestly, Adam the victim in this movie Dude got cursed at 11 with his staff not far behind just for not letting some creepy old lady in his home. Then, he stuck like that for 10 years, had this old man break into his house, his daughter followed behind, and after some character development and having a connection to that girl and someone who ain’t his cursed staff in 10 years, the crazy dude in love with her (or her beauty to be more specific) comes barging in with an army to kill him so the crazy dude could be with the girl when he was peacefully minding his own business Adam has had his home cursed and then invaded on multiple occasions. I think the thing that really makes their dynamic and the eventual romance work so well is that Belle _never_ makes it her mission to change or fix the Beast, nor does she even really have to. When he's treating her as his prisoner, she doesn't take his shit lying down and clearly has no interest in befriending or falling in love with him when he's like this. When he does genuinely overstep with the West Wing outburst, she's perfectly willing to get straight out of there and never come back, and staying to help when he's injured is likewise entirely her own choice. And unlike in the remake, Belle is never even told about the spell or the part she could play in breaking it, so her actions aren't motivated by that in any way, giving her even more agency in the story as a result. She doesn't intentionally _make_ the Beast change, the Beast himself has to learn to grow and he becomes a better person due to her influence, and it's only after he's started to do that (and clearly isn't going to revert back to who he was before) when they actually start to fall for each other.
