congrats on the hoss boss. Kinda sucks there was typical yet obvious ignored issues from factory. And for this kind of money. around 12:41ish I saw the bolt that runs through the stick ram. ouch I wouldn't want that treaded bolt working boring out the inners of the end of the ram. Might want to change that out. You won't be pulling this with the 802 lol.. its a mammoth! good thing you park your fleet in garage. I have to go up flight of stairs to get mine out. You should get a 3d printer you could make all those handles and even backing for striped bolts like on that step. looking forward to seeing it in action. Im going through my Lt5h lesu Im going rework the inners instal the lights/sound and rerun the lines. I can tell a few were cut a smig short and one had a kink in the lift ram to to installation. but I do love that little booger. fun as heck.

I still need to get my little guy in the dirt but it is loads of fun. I have to rework the controls. I cannot get used to the way they set it up. This 6015B is big and awesome but it’s not the A class of the 6015b’s out there either. It was a bit cheaper but maybe not cheap enough. I ran into a lot of quality issues with this thing. But that being said I am happy with the major things like the hydraulics and the crawler system. I am going to show all the issues I have with this particular machine so everyone is aware of what they might get. It’s not always the best quality equipment you wind up with. I think 90 percent of the screw taps are stripped on this thing so I am going to start going thru it a bit at a time. I agree with you that I need a 3d printer. It’s getting to be more and more apparent.

Also odd question. Are the thumbscrews on the top of the black boxes actually oil dipsticks for the hydro sauce?

I like to show em as I receive them, good, bad and the ugly. The thumbscrews are just for looks. I did some rebuild videos on this 6015B and you can really see it in all its parts. It really needed a lot of work to get it where I wanted it but I really like it now even more than when it was new.

It is definitely an earth mover! That bucket holds a lot of material. I have yet to test out it’s digging capabilities. Wait till you see how well it crawls! It’s pretty awesome.

@@digitrc the Hydraulic part. Is it all brushless now? Brushless drives you know?

@@mnrcbasher877 mine is all brushless. The crawler tracks are brushless and the slew (rotation) motor is brushless. The pump on this thing is massive and brushless motor as well. I have not done a Dig test in hard soil yet. This thing was not put together well. Many screws falling out. But the mechanical and hydraulic system seams pretty good so far actually really good so far. It handles very smooth and seams powerful. I will do a hard soil dig test soon. This machine I got is different from many of the other machines out there. It’s not as nice a quality or finish but I’m not disappointed in what I got either.

It's made by an unknown Chinese company. The bucket pins are made of screws, which is impossible. You could have bought a great model for twice the money.

@@The-Warm-voice1359 I love the I6s radio. It’s super simple and works well for most applications and is very affordable. I have on a couple occasions ran out of mix options with it. It needs to have 2 to three more mixes available for how I want to set up my radios for these hydraulic machines. Especially the tracked machines.

I like it. It’s not the same as yours and it’s not as nice a finish as yours. Different machines for sure. But I still really like it. It’s so big. I’m impressed with the crawler system on it. It moves this machine around without any issues. Way better then my 4200xl stock drives were. And everything operates so smooth. I have some work to do to bring it up to good quality but that’s how it is sometimes.

It’s a nice machine don’t get me wrong, BUT, For how much money that thing cost I wouldn’t even have finished unpacking it. I would’ve called and returned it. Very Shoddy craftsmanship no glass in the cab, unacceptable, radiator not even attached to anything, unacceptable. Not to mention for something that cost $5000 they can’t give you better decals than some cheap paper ones, give me a break.

I agree 💯 . BUT, this has provided a platform for me to demonstrate that you can take a lemon and make lemonade. I just finished publishing a series of videos on my channel showing the work I did on this machine to make it better, way better. It was a minimal cost and only took a bit of time. It was a fun project too.

Manuel, parts?!! 😂😂😂. No Manuel, parts are just a hunt to see what will fit. More a visual comparison to what you have and what you need. Calipers are your best friend to finding parts that will be the right fit. Wish I could be more help but that’s my experience thus far. 🤷‍♂️. That’s with all my hydraulic fleet!

Well since scams are so prevalent these days there are no guarantees. I got mine off of AliExpress and toucanhobby. I’ve done pretty good so far. No box of rocks yet. I’ve always got a working machine, some better quality than others. You can also find some things on rc4wd.

Is this a SF Model product? In subsequent videos, you seem to be suffering from frequent failures. I too have purchased machines from SF Model and the metal is brittle and many screws have become unusable. It also leaked oil so badly that I had to replace most of the tubes. SF Model's Alliexpres account has 100% high ratings, but I believe that is a fabrication. I would not recommend that store.

I got it on AliExpress. There are a couple different machines out there in the different stores on AliExpress. I went with a lower end machine but it’s still a pretty good one. It will need more TLC to get it where I want it but it has good bones. The track drive system is super satisfactory so far. It drives extremely well for the size and weight of this machine. On AliExpress just type in 6015B and it will bring up options.

For sure. It’s not as nice as the other 6015b models. I don’t think it is as near as nice a finish as I’ve seen on other models. It was quite a bit cheaper and I see why. It’s nothing that can’t be fixed. It’s got great mechanicals though. I did find the pressure gauge. They hid it.
