it was the only road that connect india and Pakistan in past, which get cosed with after partition and in past flag have lower down in nights and leaving flag hosted at night was illegal in both country so army have to host and dehost flag everyday , and now they both are doing at same time, and you can't fight or attack their because of the agreement between both country
