I figured that chord out by ear back in the 80s and have always felt proud of myself but now Ive found out of course it wasnt exactly right, I didnt know about the pinky note. So far everything I ever learned by ear turned out to be wrong since the internet, it's embarrassing to think of what I sounded like playing everything wrong.

Hi Mike! You said in this vid that it is a forgotten song of theirs. Not in my world. I've loved this tune since I was a kid. And I learned more Beatles history. Which blows my mind! I always thought it was John playing that opening chord because he started right off singing lead vocal and continued singing lead. To now learn it was George that played the opening guitar is outstanding to learn. Thanks for doing this vid of one of my favorite Beatles songs. Peace and Love 🎸🎼🎶

Wow, Mike your rendition of "All I've Got to Do", was unbelievable! You are amazing! I am 70 years Old and had forgotten about that song. You brought it back. You talent has really brought back the amazing God Given music that the Beatles performed. It changed my life at 11-12 years of age. But you my friend have allowed this carryover of their music with your blessed Talent. You are sharing something that I could hardly learn in the day. Their music created a porthole as to where I was going throughout my life. And, it was fantastic. Thank you for your equal talent. Thank you for everything you do. Hey, I have even learned songs that I thought could never happen. The Beatles were famous, however you are famous. Thank you

I too, a 70+ yrs oldie, me and my mates just recently added this gem to our song list. We just thru it in one evening and we all just nailed it and had a ball revisiting a great song we should have been doing for many years. But it's definitely locked in. And thanks for that top end chord. Little debate on it, but we already got it later. Great job in the details.

Wow!! Awesome!! One of my favourite Beatle songs of all time, I'd say it's in the Top 10. I've been listening to that song and album since it came out. I was 4 years old at the time but had 3 older brothers and my oldest brother who was 16 then had it. I wore that album out. That album turned me onto the Beatles forever!! I'm now in a British Invasion Band for the past 16 years and we do that song and never knew about the E6 chord and the Baby finger on the opening Jazz chord...Awesome Mike!! Thanks a Million....Again!!

Im a bassist /guitarist and keys player and Ive been listening to this song since around 64/65 or so. Until now I didnt realise that McCartney was playing chords (more than one note) in parts of this song. Well spotted. I think thats because it's one of the few Beatles song,s I havnt covered. Really great treatment of this overlooked gem of a song. One tip that makes it easier to play. From the C#minor to play an E "all you got to do" is move your pinky from one string to another and play the E with a C shape barre. C# and E appear a lot in Beatles songs and from what I can tell this is how they play it.

Terrific job, as always. Really, really appreciate what you do. Amazing as ever, Mike. I’ve learned so much from your excellent and forensic videos, both in terms of my Beatles knowledge and own playing. Is there a chance you could ever do When We Was Fab, the solo Harrison song that most evokes that Beatles sound for me? It has some weird chord sounds in it and, while there are scores on line, they’re all different and I don’t feel any of them get the sound quite right. Would love to see you nail it. Best, Sam
