It’s amazing how busy they were during this period. The movie, still performing local concerts around the UK, writing and recording songs, making tv and radio appearances. It’s amazing they actually had the time to write as many hit songs as they did. Shows the innate talent they had.

I remember them filming those scenes as I lived locally and used to cycle through that field on the way to school. The gates were closed and locked just after I passed through, as word had got out that the Beatles were filming there and the local schoolgirls had started to arrive! I stayed to watch the Beatles doing a few scenes and then had to rush off to get back to school! I recall there was a lot of 'Hanging about' between takes.
