@@Maelli535 I liked Sgt Pepper.My only regret is about Rubber Soul was getting the American version,it was a Christmas present For the A Hard Day's Night & Help soundtracks I got the British versions.I also did likewise for Revolver.I did,however get the American Magical Mystery Tour LP as opposed to the British EP.From what I heard the American LP sold well in the UK.

I really was. I listened to Paul describe the process to compose 'Michelle'. From the parts sung in French, chords taken from jazz music and what inspired him to play that great bass line.

John's voice makes the hairs on my neck stand up, sends shivers down my spine and moves me in the midriff. Outstanding song, beautiful harmonies and perfect arrangement. I was a twelve year old schoolgirl in 1962 when I first clapped eyes on them all. Nothing's changed. I'm still hooked.

The Beatles understood something so fundamental. The idea was for music to sound good, not bad. Any average Beatles song beats the hell out of any current Pop or Rap nonsense. It all seems to be based on attitude, and what you look like for marketing. That is no replacement for good songsm and the pure joy that no ever group touched as much as The Beatles.

All Beatles compositions (including this one) were SO well constructed - and experimental - and novel - and pop music breakthroughs - - quite amazing! HELP is one of my top 5 movies of all time - Beatles + Richard Lester = genius & magic!! I have a copy of HELP - watch it often 👍👍👍😄
