I don't know how to explain it, but this was like the first time I listened this song... I was 7 or 8 YO and my uncle used to listen the Beatles records. I was in his room, only listening without undertand a single word, but the music had something that relaxed me. GREAT WORK

@@britt2001bGreat work - and a soecial request please - if not already on it!! Could you remaster Tin Soldier by Small Faces? In particular there is an annoying ghostly snare that cuts into the lead vocal (eg 0:43) and seems out if time and which needs consideration for erasing! or at least cleaning up. The song is Small Faces masterpiece and deserves a little love and understanding as Gilbert Becaud might say ! Thanks for your brilliant work

At 74 this song as others mean so much to me now. so so powerful now as getting older life’s getting harder to deal with but just stunning as previously said. A true story I live in Guernsey 🇬🇬 Channel Islands the Beatles came and played at candie gardens auditorium Guernsey in 1963 I was 13 my cousin Brenda who was 16/17 came to our house about half a mile away to ask my mum and dad if she could take me to see them as her friend couldn’t make it. I said no ta but if it was the Hollies I’d of gone. What a plonker, what a stupid boy Pike comes to mind. I’ve always regretted that and still do. Ps I’ve seen the hollies and many great groups and artists and many musicals I know I’m sad but I’ve in the past seen starlight express at least 9 or 10 times so I’ve seen more than my fair share of talent but regret the day I turned down the opportunity to see the best of the best pps I hope you find the truth someday soon 🤔 regards Mike Sol’s

Timeless beauty that touches us so deeply with sweet memories of youth. I remember hearing the "Baroque" piano solo for the first time when I was a kid and thinking it was so unusual and beautiful. The lovely harmonies and John's profound lyrics. It was the same year of the "Baroque" string quartet in "Yesterday". This mixture of styles sounded magical and like nothing I had ever heard before. It still moves me to tears almost 60 years later. Many thanks to the Beatles and their producer, George Martin for profoundly enriching our lives, even now.

John was amazing. He was Mr. Tough guy, a 'teddy boy' (of that era); he looks as though he would slash your face without thinking. And yet, he could write the most tender and sensitive lyrics. He was so in touch with his feelings; and he could verbalise those feelings - he did, many times. My favourite Beatle.

Wonderful! I've never heard the soft harmonies so clearly. The best part is you have made them more distinct without bringing them too far forward. You have to give the Beatles, George Martin, Geoff Emerick and the other EMI engineers for giving you some good materials to work with. In addition to all the other factors that made them so popular, their songs jumped out of the radio compared to many of the other songs popular at the same time.
