When Bowie met Lennon you mean. Warhol. Then Lennon. That helped Bowie's career tremendously.

The low heavy guitar riff heard throughout Fame is basically the same that John played on bass guitar on the outro of Helter Skelter.

Something must have happened between Bowie and Paul. He takes a needless small swipe at him here, lol, and I have heard another interview where he says he doesnt like either his music or him, I forget. Poor Paul. People are uncomfortable around him. Is it a strange Jealousy that John doesn't quite receive? I think we see John as one of us or a God and we see Paul as how is this possible in one person. One can lead to adulation and the other a bit of hate.
