It’s not just the song it’s the presentation of the song. This is a fine arrangement, evocative and emotional and a wonderful backdrop to John’s voice which is so alive in quality because of impeccable work by the recording engineers. That was always what was so impressive about the Beatles - the ability to work as team not just within the group but collaborating extensively with producers engineers orchestral musicians video people and producing art that stayed true to the artistic vision of the four of them. Wonderful work. It has been fantastic to grow up with them and have my life enriched by them. This is a fantastic finale. John and George both as much a part of it from beyond the grave as Paul and Ringo both aging with vigour and grace. Bless them all as they have blessed us!
