Lefty Bassman, thanks so much. I am 62 and play in a 50's and 60's band. We do a lot of Beatles music and my guitar player wants to include this song. Much easier for me watching you play this since I am right-handed, like a mirror image. Also don't have a Rick yet I will use my Hofner for this. Thanks my friend, very helpful.

I’ve been playing for a year. Thought I’d get this before hey bulldog. Hey bulldog was a lot easier than I thought it would be. This one is still challenging me to get it right at the correct speed.

Awesome tutorial. But playin' it in the real tempo makes it totally different. There you need to have an excellent picking technique in combination with proper palmmute and hammer on notes. Also the slides between the notes are important to get it right in the fast tempo. Thanks for the upload, keep up the good lefty work❤ Norby Hofner

Fantastic work but I dispute the slide into the 12-14 and 10-12 quick licks. The guitar slides on it but the bass picks those 2 muted notes. It’s fast. The slide is a cheat.

It was George on the best known version. George wrote the track and played that bananas bass line. There is a second recorded version with Paul on bass, but it lacks the raw frenetic energy of George's bass version despite Macca being an undisputed god. George just put some of that guitarist stank on it the way Keith Richards did on the bass in "Sympathy For The Devil."
