No weirder than hearing Paul's (and John's) musical influence on Harry's vocals and music, especially on his earliest albums. They were truly great (and so was Harry) --- if you haven't already heard them, seek them out on KZbin --- try these tunes on for size --- there is a heavy Beatles influence in them --- "Mr. Richland's Favorite Song", "Good Old Desk", "Together", "One", "Miss Butter's Lament", "Mr. Tinker", "Girlfriend", "Mournin' Glory Story" and many others (these were _not_ even his hits or more famous ones, just great little secondary songs!).

That would have been a real trick since very few songs _not_ written by original Beatle members ever made it onto any of their albums and almost none after the Help album in 65'. It would have been an even greater trick since the song did not actually get written (by Hoyt Axton) until 1974 or so --- a full 8 years _after_ the "Sgt. Pepper" album.
