Another good one Bigsuper. As you were talking about the road in Kenya; that type of soil doesn’t get saturated with water that easily. It’s like the bauxite dirt in Jamaica. If you notice, roads in Manchester and those parishes that have that type of soil , the roads last longer without repair. Marl is not that great for building roads with. If water gets to it, it turns into soup. That’s why Jamaica has so many bad Roads.

These road conditions are treacherous. The MPs of the areas and Departments of Transportation or whomever is responsible for building roadways are either moving very slowly or downright negligent. They can at least ask the builders to contribute to the building or repairs of the roadways.

Kenya is develop like many other African Countries. The dirt roads are in the rural parts of Kenya, just like Jamaica.
