Shawn , not at all. DJI drones are VERY simple to fly and control

Knowing I was going to beautiful islands on a cruise, I purchased a DJI Phantom 3 Professional. Learned how to fly it within three weeks and away we went. Now that I know how to fly it a little better I know I could have done a better job and the video would be considerably smoother

I noticed that security was on the beach besides you. Are there any rules and regulations regarding the flying of drones in Roatan?

Tracy Hanes that's a funny story. My wife was swimming in the water when she noticed them walking my way. she wanted me to put it away before they got to me. Wasn't really an option. I checked with Norwegian Cruise Lines before going and they said there wasn't an issue with flying a drone. When the officers met up with me, one asked what I was doing so I showed him. His reply was "Oh, cool!". Then his partner wanted to see himself on camera. That's why they're in the video. :)

took a Norwegian Cruise out of Houston and stopped in Honduras. They have this beautiful island called Roatan. We did the Tapanaki (I think) beach party excursion and I brought my drone
