Tjøme is an island in Færder, and a former municipality in Vestfold county, Norway. The administrative centre of the municipality was the village of Tjøme. The parish of Tjøme was established as a municipality on 1 January 1838. Tjome was the childhood holiday destination of writer Roald Dahl.

Over Vrengen bro kommer du fra Tønsberg og Nøtterøy til Tjøme, en øygruppe ytterst i Oslofjorden mot Skageraks friske hav. De 3 hovedøyene er Tjøme, Brøtsø og Hvasser, samt et mylder av øyer og skjær med lune havner er et velkjent ferieparadis. Her kan du oppleve gode bademuligheter på sommerens lange og solrike dager. Tjøme konkurrerer om å være det stedet langs kysten med flest soldager i året!
Det bor ca. 4.900 fastboende på Tjøme. Sommerstid regner man imidlertid med at det er rundt 40.000 mennesker på det populære feriestedet, ikke minst på grunn av alle hyttene. Tjøme har restauranter, hotell, pensjonat, hytteutleie, campingplasser og leirskole. Ved Tjøme kirke ligger Tjøme sentrum og her finner du forretninger.
Av opplevelser må først og fremst nevnes Tjømes natur og kontakten med skjærgården og havet. Tjøme er en del av Færder nasjonalpark. Av aktiviteter er klatreopplevelser med sjøutsikt hos Aktiv Fritid populært, og Stall Verdens Ende tilbyr ridetimer og ride kurs. Båtturer i skjærgården kan bestilles hos enkelte aktører hele året.
