BTW, why did they copy our WDP4/WDG4 design for this locomotive and replaced the 16-710G prime mover with 16-645-*F* ??

Tailored for the Algerian railways . We have over 50 years of being a loyal Client of EMD/GM . We bought these locomotives on the year of 2007 and we have 14 passenger locomotives and 16 frieght locomotives
