So excited for you! 🥰❤️ I am not usually an emotional person, especially not in front of other people, but when he sang ‘She’ I couldn’t control it, I cried & cried… (I adopted my youngest daughter at 2days old, from a family member, and then her bio mom died 6months later due to her addiction, so I guess it brought me back through all those memories & all the pain I know that my daughter will have to go through when she is older and finds out… but like I said, when it was all over it felt like the best therapy session I’ve had in a long time!) 😌 I hope you enjoy! ❤️❤️❤️

Wanted to do something and was so happy I thought I’d be able to give something back to my mom and it be worth her while. I have a good job, and can’t afford to get my mom into the Beautifully Broken Tour to see her favorite artist Jelly Roll. This is just a public venting, It’s not Jelly Rolls fault. It’s corporate greed. I am so sick and tired of these big ticket companies charging what they do. If anyone cares I’m going to explain, November 21st Jelly Roll will be at the BJCC Arena in Birmingham, AL. I have been keeping tabs on Jelly Roll tours got a notification from Live Nation about him coming to Birmingham, AL. again my mom’s favorite artist is Jelly Roll all she wants to do is see him in concert she spent the 80’s and 90’s going to so many concerts and sharing her love of music with me. I wanted to give back to my mom, who was the only family I had to see her favorite artist and bring a smile to her face again enjoying live music because she’s not in the position to pay for the concert tickets, It was going to be to surprise. I was going to buy her a ticket and get her there and back, and pay for the whole occasion but I couldn’t swing the cost to go with her like she would of wanted once she found out. Live Nation who partners with Ticket Masters costs are so high I can’t even afford to get her a seat where she can see the stage even in the nosebleeds. The cheapest seat is so far around you’ll see the back right corner of the stage. I’ve been to the BJCC before being from Alabama, the arena is in the round MOST shows they usually close off a certain amount for almost ALL artist. For JR tour they closed sections mid tier 119-124 sections and higher tier 219-224 are closed. For example the last section 218 is the top of the arena, and right beside the cut off section and the seats are so far to the side you can’t see the stage and the cheapest tickets are there and they’re not affordable for what they are when you include travel, gas, food/water. She wouldn’t be able to see the stage. I am not gonna tell her I almost got her a ticket. Maybe one day these prices will get under control. I tried using Game-Time app or Seat Geek. Jelly Rolls music is for the common man. I’m taking care of so many people financially and by most standards would be considered making good money. The prices are bullshit (excuse my language) I wanted to do something special but can’t now. I remember just 10 years ago I could have sent her to a concert 5 times in a year but not anymore. This sucks. I hope everyone who can make it happens enjoys themselves. I have never ranted like this on KZbin. Something really got me down. I wanted to do this for my mom, and I can’t even give her the experience of seeing the stage for Jelly Roll. No one’s gonna read this anyway but it feels good to get it off my chest. You don’t know what I was trying to put together mama, but one day I’ll give you the surprise and excitement of seeing JR live. I promise. Rock on Jelly Roll.

I had a Painting contracting painting business several years back, I busted my ass to get my contractor's license to become my own boss. After several years of building up my company working my ass off, I ended with a broken back and a spinal fusion that was 50% successful. Unfortunately, my contracting days are over. I can walk and be normal again, but the pain kicks in after a while. Long story short, I need a job Jay, I don't do drugs, I'm not on any pharma for pain, I just take Motrin and possibly a stiff drink when that day ends and earned it. I'm hard working but still have back problems and nobody will hire a semi disabled 49-year-old painting contractor who can't stand long periods of time. I can help on many tasks; I thrive on sufficiency to keep train rolling on and off tours.
