HOW TO GET THERE:
Train to Jung-dong Station, exit 7 or 9 and walk toward the beach for 15min to the entrance of the Haeundae Blue Line Park ( Mipo Station).
The walk is free but if you want to ride the Beach Trams/ Train along the coast instead you can purchase tickets from the ticket booth at the station.
HOW TO GET BACK:
You can walk back, catch the Beach train or catch the Metro from Songjeong Station back home.

부산에 오면 빼놓을 수 없는 것이 바로 해운대 블루라인 파크다. 어촌 청사포에서 시작해 파도타기 마을 송정까지 이어지는 해운대 해안선을 따라 새롭게 펼쳐진 해변산책로. 총 4.3km, 이 놀라운 경험을 놓쳐서는 안 됩니다.

거기에 도착하는 방법:
지하철 중동역 7번 또는 9번 출구로 나와 해운대 블루라인 파크 입구(미포역)까지 해변 방향으로 도보 15분.
도보는 무료이지만 해안을 따라 비치 트램/기차를 타고 싶다면 역의 매표소에서 티켓을 구입할 수 있습니다.
돌아오는 방법:
집으로 돌아가는 길은 걸어서 돌아오거나 해변 기차를 타거나 송정역에서 지하철을 탈 수 있습니다.

do you happen to know if mid october is still considered high(er) season? :) as in I should still expect long waiting and sold out unless I reserve looong in advance.

October can be considered high season particularly on weekends, but the high season is mostly July-Sept as thats when most Korean's have their summer breaks from work. I would reccommend booking at least two weeks in advance to make sure you have a spot, there's a link in the desc.box to book :) Enjoy your stay!
