I needed to hear this prayer out loud more then ever tonight. HaShem be with Israel . Remember us , be with us, open hearts & minds for us HaShem. Thank you for my life & all the blessings I’ve been given. Amen

I’m in central Texas USA and while listening and following this prayer, my heart just grieved for Israel, Her people young and old, for grieving families, all the brave troops in the battle field💔🇮🇱🙏🏼 Shalom Yerushalayim, Am Israel Chai

O woke from a dead sleep a few days ago hearing Shema I'm a Christian yet I've not ever heard this word Shema until I woke up hearing it over and over again and even speaking it out loud I had no idea it was something in the Bible

it's a very important prayer for Jews it's said three times a day as well, it's pretty cool. shalome I am a convert btw. :)

@@ocamoriechan how was the conversion process?
@ocamoriechan Жыл бұрын
@@goldenserpent32 for me it was good, it took a few years I needed to do a intro to Judaism class and also needed to give up hell and be ok with that.

@@ocamoriechan how did you go about did finding a rabbi willing to sponsor you ? And what country were you In at the time ?I’d love to ask you a few questions someone close to me is in the beginning stages of a very similar situation

@@goldenserpent32 sure, depending on the sect you go with it can be hard or easy, I was in Texas. I started to go to a synagogue in 2015, it also depends on the person, how much they know and how much long it takes the. hope this helps.

I am not a convert but the only religiously observant Jew in my immediate family (im paternally Jewish) and it feels odd but prayers like this make me feel whole and held by God I do love God even if I have had problems with religion in the past Adonai has been my refuge for the past two-ish years and k do love my God and community

Paternally jewish? I am a paternal jew as well but I always thought I'd have to convert. You don't need to convert? That sounds like great news because I know I'm truly jewish!
@StayHappyDanny4 ай бұрын
@@magikyuu From my understanding if you convert reform you don’t really *have* to, but If you’re converting orthodox yes you have to convert and go through the whole process. Take everything I say with a grain of salt though because I am by no means an expert so ask your local Rabbi (if you have one) about it if you really feel like you want to convert or look it up. Thanks for asking!
