The Beet Battle | *NEW* first Fendt 728 Gen7 | 936 Gen6, 926 Gen3 | Blitterswijk Agro | Harvest 2023

The first Fendt 728 Vario Gen7 tractors are hitting the fields at the end of the 2023 season. In the Netherlands this has been the most difficult harvest in almost 50 years with more than 350mm of rain in October and November. We meet up with Dutch arable farm Blitterswijk Agro and their Fendt team at the sugar beet harvest.
The sugar beet is harvested using an Agrifac Exxact SixxTraxx. A Fendt 926 Vario Gen3 and 724 Vario with 24t Beco 3 axle trailers are carting the crop away. Then ploughing commences using their brand new Fendt 728 Vario Gen7 and a 6 furrow Lemken Juwel 8 plough. Meanwhile, their Fendt 936 Vario Gen6 is working on another field and drilling winter wheat in 1 pass using an Imants spader.
