blood sweat and tears was definitely a turning point for them. i feel like boy in luv and DOPE brought them some international fans but it was really thanks to BS&T that skyrocketed their fame outside of SK, of course with the help from every title track after that being a BOP🤩💜

I actually found them 2013 with their Bulletproof pt. 2 MV. Though it was cool but not that really interested. Fast forward Run MV as an ad and a random I Need U as well. A bop but still not into them but I did checked them out. 2017-18 BS&T ad. I was playing and the intro was very long I can't skip the ad or I might get killed so I just let it play and when I stopped for a while probably the most pleasing thing to watch and very sexy as well. I gave up the match, checked them out and binge-watched hilarious vids about them. Found out their names and was captivated by the World Wide Handsome and made him my bias. Figured out that it's no use to get out of the hole so I stanned them and eventually became a multi.

@@dadian803 OMG! It's similar to my situation. Although I discovered them in 2015 during I Need U. I liked the song but wasn't that interested. But in 2016, BS&T popped up in a music channel and the quality of the mv along with the catchy 'manhi manhi manhi' got me hooked. It took me a long time to choose a bias and I chose Jin, for no proper reason why.

Their debut was talked about as most debuts are that are surprisingly so good, in the sense but the company wasn't rich and media play made them lose traction since they barely got onto big shows for promotion etc which is why until I need U they had no wins and were not known much, things picked up with I need U and bst sorta threw them into this huge wave and then DNA got them huge in the western world. They did get roty in 2013 because their debut was so well done and BangPd was sorta a famous producer too? Idk

Remember how whenever BTS meets an artist every awarding, they would greet them by singing the artist's songs? They respect each artist as a performer who has their own vibes in performing. They don't expect 6band to perform exactly how they did but instead tell them that it could be hard to perform BUT THEY EXPECT A NEW INTERPRETATION OF THEIR SONGS. One of the infinite reasons why I love them.

@@nadiakhan904 yes there are many different dialects in korea. the city jimin is from is busan so he originally has a busan dialect but most kpop stars have to change their dialect to a seoul one when they debut💜

Jin's voice is great but it doesn't suit that type of sound. We should accept that even tho they're great vocalists their versatilities have limts too. Jimin really suits the sultry and more seductive type of sound and jin is more emotional. The vocal line probably tried that part and figures who suits it the most.
