As a person who loves old silver, I was horrified by the choice of a mass-produced, mid-20th-century candelabra as the centerpiece of the dining table during the dinner scenes, but the worst anachronism is Nicole Kidman's artificially blond hair. It's too yellow and glaringly fake. I don't buy her accent in American Civil War-era films - it's distracting.
