The Bellagio Buffet Should Not Exist - 2024 Review

Join us as we re-visit the Bellagio buffet in Las Vegas. This all you can eat buffet cost around $55 dollars for brunch and if you arrive before 1PM, you're able to take advantage of the dinner menu and save from the regular price at $79.99
While I think the price may be right consider its on the Las Vegas Strip, I think the food and the establishment/ambiance need an update. There are many amazing restaurants are Bellagio but the buffet does not hold its own. The Bellagio could make better use of it with the space? As always this is just my opinion so feel free to be offended haha

I went to this buffet 6 years ago and though it was outdated, not so good, and really had a very old atmosphere . I can see than 6 years later it’s still the same . Such a shame for such a beautiful hotel . I’ll go to the Wynn in August .

Lol they don’t care because they have plenty of people who’ll still go. Same thing was said when casinos dropped 6:5 bj, high resorts fees, paid parking, etc. at the end of the day, companies will keep raising prices as long as there’s still demand. I bet if they increased it to $80, they’d still be busy. Most people going to Vegas aren’t looking for value. They’re going to spend money and have a fun time. If it costs more, so be it

@@MisterMikeTexas I like to think I have good self control in gambling. Sure, I’ve lost 7k on the super bowl and another 3k on a different super bowl but I always limit myself to 1k for casino games. I also started playing pai gow in stead of bj because it’s a much slower game with a lot of pushes. A lot of people who lose thousands in bj start transitioning around other games like pai gow

Hi Jorge! Thanks for the heads up on Bellagio. I went there back in the day when it was great. Not so much anymore. I guess the crab legs could make it worth it but, variety would be nice. One correction. Those colorful cookies are called Mac-ah-rahn. Macaroons are the all coconut cookie/soft things. Distinctly different and macaroons are a Passover treat as they don’t have flour. one of my favorite desserts I've ever had was at this Buffet - It was on a 'premium night' on weekend. All the desserts had flakes of gold and desserts were a little better than normal. The one I really loved was "Mango soup." It came in a tiny cognac glass and bright orange tart mango - super smooth - probably with a blender - maybe even filtered with a sifter - it was topped with torched meringue that they did in front of you - the year must have been 2006

Noticed a trend that buffets at MGM owned resorts all go bad after they get bought out. I hope the Wicked Spoon doesn’t follow suit. Love that buffet the most, followed closely by Bacchanal.

Sad about the state of their buffet. In my experience, the Luxor one is ok if you can get the 2-for-1 coupon. It’s not great, but that way it’s pretty cheap. The one at Palms has been my favorite.

Best bang for your buck buffet is AYCE at the palms. Best cheap buffet is at South point. Best expensive buffet is at Caesar’s. The rest don’t matter. I know Wynn and Paris are good too but if ur paying that much, u might as well go to Caesar’s

Back in the day I would say that this was the top Buffet on the strip, prime rib caviar squab steak tartare whatever you can name high-end they had it and it was delicious and cooked perfectly if you asked for a specific Sushi they would make it for you. Remember when u went to Vegas for 3 nights and had at least one buffet every day 19.99 or whatever. Thanx for the video. Food didn't look special. Vegas costs too much right now to make it a must-do adult vacation once a year. Drinks at the bars cost too much; table limits are way too high; hotel rooms with the resort fees are ridiculous. Vegas changed. Used to be nirvana. Now $$$$$$$$$$$.

I hate seafood lol. I also don’t like medium rare meats which is what most buffets serve. I don’t even like asking them to grill it to medium well because they’re always busy and frown upon it. That’s why I rarely go to buffets. I’d rather have a $40 bbq meal at the Linq promenade
