Thanks Derek for the review. They sure have changed their buffet since I was last there. Looks like I might have to make a trip there next time I am in town. Just a quick tip when getting prime rib, I always order or request the end cap. It is the most flavorful part of the prime rib roast. Every bite has a delicious crunchy taste to it. 😊👍

Thanks so much for doing this video at my favourite property in Vegas. I’ve loved Derek’s assessments for at least 5 years and hoped he wouldn’t bring Catherine in as a regular but I was very much mistaken about the effect it would have. She brings wonderful insights about a wide range of culinary delights. 2 person dialogue is better than single commentary. Keep up the great work!!!

We don't hear a lot about the Bellagio buffet but I'll tell you it looks fantastic, I think it's definitely worth the price. All the food there looked super fresh and delicious, great job, thank you for showing us the Bellagio buffet.

That looked awesome! Everything well stocked, fresh, and tidy. The bonus was how friendly the staff was. No one sounded bored or acted like they hate their job. Very pleasant decor & not TOO TOO noisy. Just wish I could eat that much. Definitely looks like a thumbs up. 👍

I LOVE oysters Rockefeller!! I love Dereks meat and holiday plates!! I love Catherines handrolls and dessert choices! Seemed worth the price. Definitely a wonderful wide variety. I´m from germany and i visit Vegas three-times, of course i stay at different buffet-restaurants. I always wonder and ask myself: What happens with all the food that would not eaten in the opening times of the buffets? Do they feed the hotel employees or the homelees or does they throw it in the trash?

Thanks for the memories! Of all the Strip buffets we tried, we thought Bellagio was the best overall. Noted the staff was also very friendly. As locals, we frequented Green Valley Ranch and M however I understand their buffets are gone. How can you eat so much? World-class stomach capacity for sure!

I love these two. They seem so perfect for each other, and she in particular seems so sweet. Id love to know from those that have had them, if macaroons are all that great. Ive seen them be one of the most common after dinner gifts by a lot of fine dining restaurants, including Gordon Ramsay's flagship, but to me, they look average, and not really worth the calories as a dessert. Do you guys like them? Maybe im full of it, but they seem boring.

Love all of Vegas buffets. I like the decor of THE DELLAGIO. ITS WORTH IT. THE FOOD LOOKED FABULOUS AND I CAN TELL HOW DEREK'S HAVING A MOMENT!!!! I KNOW CATHERINE LIKES HERS FOR SURE.
