@@BuckWinthrop Come to think of it , people are moving out of New York. Why would people buy this tax burden house on Long Island? You can get this same type of house half the price of less the half in Atlanta or Charlotte. Where property taxes are much much lower. Besides I am from Bayshore NY. I went Long Island in 1993. Long Island was affordable back in late 1980' s to the late 1990's. Until 2000's came everything changed. I still had family living in Long Island during that time. Now since 2010's people are moving out of New York to places like NC , GA, SC, TX , VA, FL. Places in the south where land is cheaper , houses are more affordable. Maybe jobs are not that attractive when it comes salary wise. Most people in South have trade skills , truck drivers, plumbers , electricians. People have trade skills make serious money down in south. People in the South are more friendlier than people in the North. You often here the phrase Southern Hospitality. That's what the south is known for. People down here have manners. We say , yes ma'am , no ma'am or yes sir or no sir. There is nothing special about Long Island or New York. Ask your yourself this question from a political thought process. Why are the blue states become such a tax burden , and all the red states that taxes low and manageable? Have you ever ask yourself that question? I will leave you with this since 2012 New York state has steady been losing residents because high rents, over crowding , gentrification, high taxes, unaffordable , politics , and crime ,housing. There are moving to South because it's more affordable. @@duanejackson4430 this is cheap compared to California. This house on a cliff in Malibu (or any cliff on Pacific like Beyonces house) would be 70-85 million easy if not more.

@@BuckWinthrop A house like that would sell for at least 13-15 million in Atlanta. In Charlotte 12 million at the most. That depends if is in suburbs or close to Jordan Lake . Maybe 15 million. But in Raleigh 12-17 million.
