Episode 1- Stuart.
Lockdown presented many new challenges at work and for home for Stuart. He had worked in the corporate sector for many years.
Working from home, instead of the London office, was no easy for Stuart. He suffered from the isolation of working from home, which combined with the lack of social contact, affected his mental health.
He suffered depression and sought help from his GP. His story is inspiring. He was able to turn negatives into positives, which resulted in a change in lifestyle and job.
