I noticed one thing stated by the pastor here and I wanted to say the bowing the head in some social cultures is a sign of respect towards dignitaries. In many oldline church denominations this bowing of the head during the Benediction(Blessing) is a sign of respect toward God thus shouldn't be discouraged because it is a sign of reception in itself.
