@@adrianaamirah6905 I had the some problem. I downloaded the Autocad 2021 for students, but couldn't find where to download the Plant 3D. You need to go to your account on the Autodesk website, then Products and Services. Under Autocad, there is an option "View all included items". Then you scroll down and you can see the Plant 3D option. Click on it and you can see the download button.
