Thank you Lucy, great introduction video. I'll be getting my new 770QE in the next few days and I'm so excited. I love to piece quilts on my little Singer Featherweight 222, but quilting on it is such a chore. This machine will revolutionize my ability to create larger quilts with accuracy and quality.

I bought my 770QE on Tuesday and had a little play this afternoon. I already have a 25-year-old 1260 and a little 215 to take to class so this is adding to my Bernina Tribe along with the serger 800DL

Great over view, Lucy. I bought my 770QE at the beginning of 2018, and from day one, she has been brilliant. Although there is a great deal to learn, she works well from the 'get go', and the more you want to do, the more you can learn. She copes with general sewing well, and will cope with the multi layers that go into bag making. She loves peicing, applique and quilting, and with an additional foot, using quilting rulers. She and I have a great future together.

I'm waiting for mine to come in. The sewing center had to put in another order because of the HIGH DEMAND. Thank you for the tutorial. I'm looking at retiring next year and would love to work from home. When you do what you love it is no longer work. The perk is you get paid to do what you love.

I could be mistaken, however, I'm fairly sure Lucy said "Long arm machine" for this model. But, I don't think it is. It's just a really good domestic electronic sewing machine with lots of great features! Perhaps she'd meant long harp space/or, throat...I don't currently have this particular model, but I DO LOVE MY BERNINA! Thanks for sharing this info.

So many little things that I’ve wondered about over the years. Why this little point on this, or what is this mark for. It’s an entirely new generation who buys this machine or any of 2020’s models. The Bernina is a fantastic machine. My last one, my fourth, Is the Bernina artiza . It’s years old and the tension finally went. I’m going to buy the 770. It’s time I had a new one. Thanks for your time.

It's for setting your sewing speed 😊 you can slow it down if you don't want to go too fast and vice versa
