Well I gave Haruka a chance. She is my only tank besides Yuuka and I am on 6-1 and needed two teams. I maxed her out as much as I could. Level 28 with T2 max gear... She instantly died and I failed the mission. So just from my experience so far Serina >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Haruka. Now Haruka was super useful in helping me cheese Very Hard S.Wakamo boss fight in the event because you cannot enter the fight using only assist characters. She ran in first and died like a champ allowing me to win o7.

Haruka is great, she's the best red armored student in the game and you will use her in higher content level like Event Chalanges, certain jfd and insane to torment raid, she also has (continue the in-depth explanation, all the tricks you can use with her and which content she's best at)
