My favorite player Manu ginobili20 here in the Philippines 🇵🇭...go Spurs go.

One of the greatest to ever play; he sacrificed ego for team.
@fitofito1001 Жыл бұрын
You are wrong. his sacrifice hurts the team. If he replaced Duncan as Spurs franchise player from 2005, Spurs would have had at least one 3-peat.

@@fitofito1001 the only reason manu wasnt the franchise player (because everyone knows he most certainly could've been) and why he was 6th man was because of how injury-prone the man was, and coupled with how hard he played, it would've been a recipe for disaster to rely on him as the main guy.
@fitofito1001 Жыл бұрын
@@trutel16 this is nonsense by American media. Ginobili is vastly underrated and suppressed by NBA and US media because he is from a small market country. They need American players to promote the game. This is why Kobe is hyped. A NBA coach once said Manu is better than Kobe but I cannot say this publicly.

@@fitofito1001 You really think Manu was better than Timmy? Lmao. Manu is my favorite Spur but that's stupid 😂

All his abilities in basketball especially his assists and creativity attacking the defense were never taught by anymore. He just seems to study everyone's move.

He is the most underrated player by far, by huge margin in NBA history because he is from a small market country. He is the best player in the world at his peak from 2004 to 2009 or 2010. If Ginobili replaced Duncan as Spurs’ franchise player from 2004, Spurs would have a 3-peat even 5-peat.

I don't think he would've been the same player if he played 36+ minutes as a first option. Dude played great D too, and I simply don't think it was possible to go that hard all the time, and definitely not in his 30s, when he had ironed out most of his flaws.

That missed free throw in Game 6 will haunt him forever. To his credit, he got fouled by Ray Allen on that driving to the basket and was never called. He delivered in 2014.
