@@decbellevansImagine being at a full Olympic stadium! Or at the stadium of Kaiserslautern. The famous "Betze". Another 2006 World Cup stadium. One of the first stadiums in Germany for football only. Without a running track. Along Dortmund and Leverkusen. Until the 00's and the 2006 WC, it was common/usually the case that the stadiums also had a track. Schalke, Düsseldorf, HSV, Stuttgart, Hannover etc. The only remaining clubs in a multi-purpose stadium I can think of, are Hertha and Nürnberg. The rest built new stadiums, or got rid of the tracks. Like Hannover or Stuttgart. Of course the Olympic stadium will never become a football-only stadium. It's under monument protection and still in use for athletics events. Usain Bolt ran his 100m in 9.58 seconds in Berlin. A record we will probably never live to see being broken! But I think it's sad for the first Bundesliga that all the big clubs, from big cities, with big stadiums, a long, successful history and most importantly the fans! The city of Köln/Cologne is mad about the "Effzeh"! Now I can watch Hoppenheims against Heidenheim for only €9, but they still sold only around 20.000 tickets! That's what made the Bundesliga great! Not International superstars and winning European trophies. But the stadiums and its atmosphere. Harry Kane is really missing something. I don't know if he's even aware of what he's missing. Playing against Schalke, HSV or the sold out Olympic stadium...

LaLiga Hypermotion aka the second division of LaLiga has just had an absolute banger of a season and has earned the nickname "LaLiga Hipertensiones" due to that, practically, until the last day of matches, there weren't a champion of it neihter the second position or the playoff teams for going into LaLiga 1 were designated, also iirc, there were two relegations places in play until that last day. My team, Real Zaragoza, went into an absolute rollercoaster of a season starting winning the first 5 matches and then wobbling around for the rest of the season with true options of being relegated until a couple of weeks before finishing the season. Also, this new season has brought up more historical clubs of Spain in Deportivo de la Coruña and Málaga FC, having a division with a lot of historical clubs of my country. So yeah, don't miss up on LaLiga 2 because it's more interesting than LaLiga 1 most of the times due to it's equality of teams.

I think it depends on what methodology is used to determine "biggest". In terms of attendance, the 2. Bundesliga is indeed the top second division, but in terms of revenue, it's behind the EFL Championship. Not sure which has the higher viewership numbers on broadcasting. Side note, I do think the playoff system of the EFL does generate more excitement, which helps in selling TV rights. Having 3rd to 6th play in a 2 round playoff means coming into the final match days, you could have half the table still competing for a spot, while in the 2. Bundesliga once the top 2 spots are sealed it kills a lot of the excitement as even third place gives you just a 10% chance of promotion.

I mean revenue doesn't really equal biggest. Tottenham are a wealthy club but you wouldn't say they are a big club. You don't really get big teams fall off from the Prem that often because the financial gap between the divisions is so big that a championship can't last long in the prem

@@samuelschonenberger No, they should not. They should revert to promoting the 3rd place and relegating the 16th. Simple as that, but no, we need more games because money.
