Great content Jacob. In the summertime I like to use a white fluke sometimes instead of a worm. Especially if I'm going to do it weightless dragging a white fluke through the grass works really well especially when I keep it at or near the surface.

I love Jacob! I had no idea bass will come up shallow in July. I thought once they went deep for summer they don’t come back till the cool down in fall. Also heard the oxygen depletion in summer forces them shallow. I’m in Oklahoma so I feel this is relevant to me.

Hi JW great video, I was wondering if you could do a break down on your rod series, i.e. which rod for the various methods of fishing. What rod for skipping, crankbait, creature bait, worm, etc. That would really help. KVD's series does that and it takes the guess work out of the selection. I am on budget and your series is a little bit more than the KVD series but they are still do able, it would just take a little longer to get the various rods for my type of fishing. Thank you and all the best to you and family.

How are you retrieving these moving baits? Fast? Slow? Dropshots and frogs aside, are you burning your buzzbaits to keep them at the surface? Are you burning your crankbaits or trying to slow roll them?
