it really is!!! surprisingly bypass method (imo) produces the BEST tasting Aeropress coffee. that’s just me but when I compare it, bypass is just always sweeter and favorable!

Turned out great for me! Have you ever played around with bypass temperature? I notice a big flavor difference bypassing onto cool water vs hot (or ice for iced coffee), like maybe it’s the dissolved solids still extracting in hot water for a time? Noticed it with this ethiopian that would taste like blueberry when done over ice but like honey when done over hot water, same brewing method and temp only difference being the bypass temp
