I made it...I’m so proud of myself. I’m super scared of raw seafood and parasites. So... I boiled water and after cleaning my shrimp and rinsing them thoroughly I quickly poured some hot water on my shrimp that were in a bowel in the sink. I quickly removed the water. That cooked them enough for my liking. I followed all your other steps. Thank you so much for sharing all these recipes.

Hi Steph, Thanks for showing your viewers how to properly clean shrimp. I have never seen any other You Tuber showing how to properly clean the top and bottom sand vein. This is the main reason I never order shrimp at restaurants, the sand veins gross me out! Thanks for promoting the clean handling of food! I enjoy your videos you crack me up!
