Dude I thought that last clip, the guy's glasses blew up when that grenade went off, That is scary, If I were on the opposing team and saw that happen, I would run up and check up on that player

Yeah it was super unlucky. And definitely makes me always want to wear face protection. I think it was a pyro grenade that acts like a sound/flash bang grenade. Didn't look like any smoke or CO2 grenade I've used

That’s the exact reason we don’t allow explosive in the game It could damage people’s hearing or if it explode on the ground it’ll send rocks flying with enough speed to cause injuries let alone it’s known to start a fire You can see one of the player didn’t know it already went off and try to grab it that thing is not safe for kids and teens or even untrained adults to play with
