Hey Jesse, so using the "built in php" email sending method is problematic as the email is not technically being sent through a genuine "email server" so other mail services can and do flag your emails sent this way as spam - this can lead to your server and domain being black listed which is bad news. I'm planning a vid soon to explain this in more detail - will let you know here when that up

I use a vairiety of transactional email services depending on the site and how many emails need to be sent - the best Free option is "Brevo" as they allow 300 email per day to be sent - if you pair this with FluentSMTP as the SMTP plugin its a great combo - planning a vid on this soon!

How do you copy a campaign you have sent previously?

Hey Bene, the function is a little hidden! On the Campaign List there's a little arrow icon before the Campaign "Title" - click that and a drop down appears and there's a "duplicate" option in there.

Yes, I was feeling the same Dazman. There’s pros and cons but for a simple mailing list with say just a weekly newsletter and a few sign up forms, and maybe a launch funnel or 2 there really are no downsides I can see. But this is a discussion! - defo share the things the concern you - let’s get the convo gong!

@@wpjakson funnily enough, I thought more about this after leaving this comments and yeah you make a good point. Also, there's no reason you couldnt have an automation that pushes this to either a different CRM or Google sheets for backup purposes. I think it just comes down to workflow preference, tools you already use and if you need multiple people to use the CRM at once as this might be too much for your hosting to handle. For simple CRM needs as you said this will likely be very effective.

Yes, defo for all of that - the webhook feature of FluentCRM pro can push al the data anywhere (pretty much). Like you say, its all about using tools that can wrap around any existing workflow and I reckon FluentCRM can do that
