Sad to say though that the Strong Roots Cauliflower HashBrowns do contain potatoes and potato flakes. So if you're avoided potatoes for a specific reason, those wouldn't be for you. I was really hoping they truly didn't contain any potatoes!

Plain Greek yogurt I can’t do. But sweet fruit purées, or like chocolate or caramel, with Greek yogurt is sooooo good. There’s something about the tanginess from the Greek yogurt with the sweetness that’s amazing.
