I would think Fish become lethargic when the Biometric pressure is off Fish are often more active with feeding when the atmospheric pressure is changing low pressure deep water high pressure top water so homework is best protocol to schedule a fishing day.

Bull Trout loves cold water but not too cold... they Tend to bite more if water is at cold.. but if water is slightly warm or warm or close to hot, they tend to stay at the deepest part of the water and wont bite ... Very different from other trouts... and very territorial...
