Doppo is strong, but at the maximum tournament, Baki Hanma, Jack Hanma, Retsu Kaioh, Gouki Shibukawa and probably even Orochi Katsumi (thanks to the Mach punch) were all stronger than him. Orochi Katsumi was crushed by Retsu Kaioh and Retsu Kaioh was raped by Ogre Back Baki. And in new grappler Baki and in Baki Son of Ogre we have Biscuit Oliva, Kaku Kaioh, Che Guevara, Pickle, all these guys are way stronger than him (maybe Che Gueavara can be debatable, i don’t know, but Biscuit Oliva, Kaku Kaioh and Pickle are without a doubt stronger than him). At the maximum tournament Baki would have most likely defeated Doppo without the Ogre Back, because he forced Retsu Kaioh to fight at an higher level than before (and with his “regular” level Retsu easily crushed Orochi Katsumi, who was at least equal to his father, and even with the most generous interpretation, certainly not far behind him, so “regular” Retsu would have certainly defeated Doppo), and that’s before he developed the Ogre back.

Hercule would of actually been pretty strong in OG Dragon Ball, might of even said that he could of had a pretty decent fight with King Piccolo if he ever learned actual ki techniques, the man was pretty strong for a average human, first time we saw him he was dragging multiple buses behind him, even if empty or engines removed those buses easily weigh a few tons each and did not appear winded (as a note, Goku's weighted clothing he normally wears is not even 0.2 tons in terms of weight during the 23rd tournament during his match with tien), Even if it was just for a bit, the fact he was able pull buses which on average could weigh around 16 tons each, means that hercule's physical strength is definitely off the charts for a human, a single punch from the man would probably put a hole in king piccolo, however due to his lack of other abilities such as speed and ki he is at a disadvantage in fights, though again not completely useless, and his durability is no issue either.

Its hard to quantify as Goku during his first Martial Arts tournament was around 100 in terms of power level with master Roshi being at 139 and being able to destroy the moon. They were both flying and stuff then and could move really fast.

i always wondered if Yujiro would have lost if Baki didn't show up. Yujiro didn't seem to be in the fight. Doppo has almost broken his will to win with Doppo's mastery of martial arts. Yet when Baki shows up, Yujiro changed, he switched from man to ogre, and suddenly the King was back. Does Yujiro need Baki? Does he want to portray himself as an unstoppable monster to his son. Be his goal in life, in some twisted form of fatherly guidance. Maybe he desires Baki to be the absolute strongest so that he can die knowing nothing will kill his son, his legacy, his bloodline. The same way he became the best for his father Yuichiro. The only confusion i have is his other son Jack. How does he feel about him?

so I was thinking. there was a guy called Bear Killer in Hokuto No Ken, and Ken defeated the guy while still being injured, tho with his power restored he defeated the Bear Killer with one little touch to the forehead which made his body explode as you may expect. so if Yujiro is anywhere close to this said Bear Killer, id say it be pretty obvious how his fight with Ken would go. then again, nothing can defeat Hokuto Shinken.
