Get ones that matter to you... That is a really good advice. Likewise, I get some by impulse, or how popular it is, but all the while forgetting to focus on which I resonate with the most. Funnily I got the Mona one too, however it is by impulse - I wasn't that much fan of hers. Sometimes I do think perhaps I should've skipped her and get something else instead. Your review kind of make me appreciate her more. Great review!

It's fairly hard to never impulse buy, but you'll go broke and burn out if you do it too often. Thankfully it's easy to sell figures in this hobby if you really regret it, but I'm happy that in Mona's case she came out near perfect and I like the character design enough to just treat her as a good OC since I don't play the game if that makes sense lol

Finally had time to go through (work been rough) and man it was such a great video! Always appreciate the efforts you take in trying to be as seamless as possible and you are even going to up that standards which is just chef kiss. Just gonna shoehorn in my fav scale of 2022 because I missed the chance to. Cecil of Vertex’s Elf Mura line. It is the first scale I received and is still my favorite many figures later. The quality is impeccable. I’ll let product photos do the justice and not get wordy because I could write a novel about what all was done right tbh. With Cecil in hand and MX Chan ordered, you could probably catch on to what fires up my neurons haha. I quite enjoy your style content, Zucco, so I’m exited to hear your plans for the futurel. I like Figmas but don't like the price tags. I also don't like the prices of scale figures lol, but I had to choose a side pretty much. Might pick up the demon soul's fluted armor figma and I also have the Figuarts Vyke from Elden Ring preordered so I haven't abandoned posable figures just yet. Edit I totally forgot I also have a few of the Three Zero Dorohedoro figures as well, a bit different, not sure if you are into their stuff, but they're pretty cool.

Isn't the Shuten Douji figure like freaky to some people because they have a fear of so many holes together? I had noo idea it was a real thing!! I recently got a Pop Up Parade of Tsukasa from Fly Me to the Moon and under the wedding dress there is a cluster of holes like that too. It doesn't freak me out tho 🤷‍♀️

The announcement of the 1/3 2B soon after the release of 1/4 is probably painful for a lot of people. And this time, the backdrop weapon is virtuous treaty, which I personally prefer, it's one of two weapons I own a copy of. At least I bought the full set, so I'm not as "deprecated", went a bit overboard there, spent lots on the statue and then some more on a custom case. Honestly considering the 1/3 but have nowhere to put it. With that giant elephant out of the way, I didn't pick up any of the super elaborate releases last year. As a matter of personal preference, my favorite are the Date A Live xinchun qipao set. I only really like Kurumi but the set is very nice as a whole. The tatami base is slightly too big to fit in a detolf, I'm looking to get some replacement made. Naturally, I also liked the Calligraphic Kurumi, which technically released in 2022 but I only recently got, gotta save on shipping. After that, it'd be traveling outfit salter. More objectively, the better designs I got would be the Clarent Blood Arthur Mordred and Absolute Blade Okita. While I do like awesome figures more, I don't like the character as much as the aforementioned.

Ah, I do have that Gojo as well by estream. At first I was so confused, like why do people dislike estream just based on that one figure but their prices went crazy . Some think the face look weird, but I think it looks fine. It gives off these uncomfortable or uneasy vibes, which is a side of Gojo not many other figures have. That being said, estream has not a very good track record aside from that Gojo.

2B taste 👑 guy.. manufacturers' statues (at that point) with "studio in their names" are just great. my favorite is kk studio's 2B, finding that line where it's risque but stops before crude is art I think I might be a little opposite from general collector I dont buy the many cute figures, and then I ogle at something like acy studio df 1/4 spectre. but ofc i got some heavyhitters lol

The latter being a 45k figure so I would certainly hope so lol, but it's been delayed like two years at this point so who even knows if it's coming out. Trying to pick up Houshou Marine from Max Factory as well since she just came out and I was kinda blown away by user photos
