To answer your question, yes Rustage is British. Also the Food Wars hit the hardest purely because of "I'm the anime Raekwon, the chef baby stay calm". Raekwon is a rapper and member of the Wu-Tang Clan and his nickname is literally 'The Chef' so purely because of the lyricism of that verse, it is the best in my opinion.
