It is a fun deck. Before Op09 I had a similar build with 7 cost King from Op08 Instead of Sanji. I'd probably run this with 3-4 Sanji and 2 of 9 cost Luffy.

Oh nice! That would be interesting! My only worry would be that it’s too many 7 costs with this and your foxy! I wonder how that would end up working out though

In the current meta, I just don’t see a spot for it, early game you want to get down your foxy pieces then late game you want to chain 7 drop foxy or 9 drop luffy paired with leader ability. If you can’t get leader ability active and get your Don up you get put in a rough spot
