I don't think I understand how the Age of Money calculation within YNAB is useful. It seems like it only goes up when I spend money that's been in the account longer. But the reason I'm spending the money that's been in there longer is that my bills are now higher than my income. Every month, as I dip into my savings a bit to make ends meet, the Age of Money number ticks up a little. It seems like a lower number would be better, since the worse my financial situation gets, the higher the Age of Money number goes.

I didn't read Harry Potter till college, and I'm not really much of a reader, so I got bored during the fifth book and never picked it back up again untillllll this year! *Listened* to them on audio books (wow, audio books are magic) and even saw the rest of the movies this year!
