Ingredients:
2 heads of garlic
1-2 shallots
3tbsp olive oil
2tbsp fresh thyme
Salt pepper
2 cups cherry tomatoes
8 ounces cream cheese
Quarter cup of mayonnaise
Half a cup of fresh basil
Quarter cup grated Parmesan
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Combine garlic, oil, shallots, oil and thyme and bake in 400 degree oven for 40 minutes
Remove from dish and let cool
Add tomatoes to dish, drizzle with oil and add salt and pepper and pepper flakes. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees
Mash garlic, Thai mixture into a paste. Place in a bowl and add the cream cheese mayonnaise basil Parmesan, and mozzarella cheese. Mix together.
Once tomatoes are done, add them to cheese mixture. Top with mozzarella and bake for 15 minutes. Serve with bread or crackers.
