I had never heard of a cranial nerve exam before I started watching ASMR. I think I need mine checked, whatever it is. 🥴 I am 6 months pregnant and I think you would do an absolutely lovely Doula RP: Unpacking a hospital bag, oil massage, breathing exercises, soft affirmations and reassurance, cool damp flannel in water to the forehead, mixing and spraying calming essential oils, hair stroking or brushing, maybe a little sneaky quick makeup application if the birthing person is feeling a little worn and self conscious. Could even be after the epidural is placed so the viewer is focused more on being calm and not dealing so much with pain. Just an idea! ☺️
