Inwas looking at the 1800 but might go 2300 , they seem to have the same profile but the compression straps are far nicer in ther 2300. Haven't decided entirely just yet. Have a 2200 bag that has no internal frame...its ok but its a budget pack and time to upgrade

How do you attach your sticks and platform?

There are buckles and straps all over the backpack. You can easily attaché your sticks to the bottom of the pack and your platform to the back of it or vise versa. You’ll have no problem attaching anything you want.

I used my backpack for a knee pad once. My lunch went from an apple to apple sauce and the chips and sandwich, well, I’ll spare you the details. My repel rope was a bit squirrelly on my knees too and the thickness of it put me too far from the tree making the pressure on my knees even greater.

@@WyattWilkes31 I have a framed backpack I love it. As public land bowhunter I was very ignorant on how important a backpack is. It makes you even more mobile because you can quarter out a deer. Plus the amount of stress it takes off your back.

Same. I always had cheap Walmart packs like I said in the video and I usually hunt pretty deep so once I got this backpack it changed everything for me. Wild how much of a difference it makes

I do not like it for saddle hunting: frame is bulky, Loud!, does not like stuff attached outside (except trophy horns;-), sits standard (saddle hunting = high sitting pack). Kuiu = great mountain/desert (Long range) hunting and weight lifting. Have this one and 300 light both great quality and perfect in designated areas. It will never be as comfy for saddle hunting as trophyLine cays 2. But will be 100% better for mature deer packing and walking with it for a mile (if you have loading strap attached)... the most used of my kuiu stuff is a frame with loading straps attached. Kuiu bags are fancy but are used rarely - do 90% saddle hunting.

Never had a buckle on a kuiu pack not break. They're junk for heavy loads. Went to kifaru and won't look back
